Deleting your account and data
Your memories — on your iPhone
Recordings, transcripts, reminders and everything Mmory has learned from them are stored only on your iPhone. To remove them:
- One memory: press and hold it, then Delete.
- Several: press and hold one, choose Select, pick the others, then Delete.
- All of them: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All Memories.
- Everything, including the app: delete Mmory from your iPhone.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Because we never had a copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and nothing we can restore.
Your account — with our account provider
If you created a Mmory account, delete it in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account (your email address, name if any, and sign-in links) and signs you out. If you used Sign in with Apple, Mmory also asks Apple to revoke the app’s access to your Apple Account.
If you can’t use the app, contact us from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What account deletion does not do
- It does not delete the memories on your iPhone — they were never part of your account.
- It does not cancel Mmory Pro. Subscriptions are billed by Apple: cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- It does not remove Apple’s own record of your purchases, which Apple keeps under its policies.
